Delete your account from the app
Follow these steps to permanently delete your Nova account:
- 1 Open the Nova app
- 2 Go to your Profile
- 3 Tap Delete Account
- 4 Confirm your deletion request
What happens to your account
Once your deletion request is processed, your access to Nova is revoked immediately. You will no longer be able to sign in using that account.
Your personal profile data — including your name, contact information, and preferences — is deleted or anonymized where applicable. Any active memberships or credits associated with the account are removed.
If you decide to use Nova again in the future, you are welcome to create a new account.
What data may be retained
We delete or anonymize your personal information to the fullest extent possible following an account deletion request.
Certain records may be retained for a limited period where required by applicable law or for legitimate purposes including fraud prevention, payment and financial reconciliation, tax obligations, audit, security, dispute resolution, or operational compliance. Any data retained for these purposes is limited to what is strictly necessary and is not kept longer than required.
